IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
ALL FOR BOOKS COIN WAR
A FEW MORE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR BOOK FAIR PLEASE!
BPC will be holding our All For Books COIN WAR next week, November 11-14. This program benefits
students in our own school as well as students nationwide by putting books into kids’ hands who otherwise
would not be able to afford them. We will have three containers available for students to put their coins
into -- Michigan, Michigan State & Other. Last year, we were able to gift each of our classroom teachers with
$50 in new books, as well as $140 for our Bauer library, through the change collected in our Coin War.
Let's see what we can do this year!
We still have a few volunteer slots to fill: http://bit.ly/35UwfrB. Our biggest need is on Wednesday, November 20
from 4:30-6:15 (conference shopping). Questions? Please contact Jamie Bunting (jamie_bunting@ymail.com)
or Stephanie Martin (slmartin722@gmail.com). THANK YOU!
Bauer's Giving Tree
SQUARE 1 ART Fundraiser
Our students have once again completed fabulous artwork that will be available for purchase on a variety of items through the Square 1 Art fundraiser. Students PK-5th grade will receive order packets this week. A few of the items available include keychains, cookie dishes, pillowcases, and ceramic tiles; all with your child's very own artwork on them! Ordered items will arrive by the holidays, and make perfect gifts. This year funds will go towards some special supplies for our upcoming all district student ArtPrize entry for 20/20! Visit square1art.com for more details, or feel free to email with questions.
Order Due Date: 11/13/19
Thank you for supporting our art program!

MICHIGAN CHILD PROTECTION REGISTRY
Every day kids are learning about all the new apps, social media sites, and illegal products available online from their peers. It is very important that parents know about the Michigan Child Protection Registry in order to keep kids safe while online. The Michigan Child Protection Registry, administered under our Secretary of State’s office, is dedicated to stopping minors, parents, and other caregivers from receiving any solicitations from gambling, tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, and pornography companies via email and text messaging. You can visit the Registry at www.ProtectMIChild.com.
